NESTLÉ partners with Kenya red cross to distribute breakfast cereals to vulnerable households in Nairobi

Nairobi, 16th April 2020: Nestlé Kenya donated 375 cartons of breakfast cereals to support to Kenya Red Cross in the global response to the Covid 19 pandemic. The products will be provided to those in quarantine and also to the families in the Mukuru informal settlement area surrounding the Nestlé Kenya factory. ​

Present to receive the donations was Dr. Asha Mohammed, the Secretary General of the Kenya Red Cross, the Deputy Secretary General Annette and her team.

Nairobi is estimated to have close to one million vulnerable households living in the informal settlement areas.
