The Marketing Achievement Awards recognize the role of marketing in fuelling business success, economic prosperity, and cultural development. Our partnership with Publicis on the Nescaf é campaign, Make Your World and Nestlé Hot Chocolate campaign, #NowServingSelfCare - Pause with Purpose, both took home awards in the Excellence in Brand Positioning category. Nescafé received a bronze award as the finalists and Hot Chocolate received a silver award in special commendation.

The Hot Chocolate #NowServingSelfCare campaign celebrates the importance of self-care for South African women, redefining the brand positioning to capture the heart of a compelling consumer need. Zakithi Mncwango, Category Marketing Manager of Cocoa Malt Beverages explains, "As a brand that champions care and cause, we sought to claim a redefined brand positioning that captured the heart of a compelling consumer need/pain. Self-care as cause."
