We have more than 20 sites across the UK and Ireland, plus over 40 Nespresso boutiques. Your place of work may be a factory, an office, a distribution centre or a boutique. Or, depending on your role, maybe you’ll be working from home, or be out and about in the field. Regardless of where you work, we want to create an inclusive and collaborative environment to support employee wellbeing and productivity. 

Due to our long-standing history in the UK and Ireland, we’re proud that some of our buildings combine traditional features with modern work and social spaces and the latest technologies. Two of our UK sites, Gatwick and Sudbury, are pet friendly so employees can bring their dogs to work with them. Where the remit of a role allows, we have a flexible-working approach, so your place and time of work may vary.

Protection of Parenthood

Our global Maternity Protection Policy (pdf, 1 Mb) is one of the most progressive programmes of its kind in the industry. It includes maternity protection for all primary caregivers of newborns, including fathers and adoptive parents. This means at least 14 weeks’ paid maternity leave and the right to extend leave up to 6 months. The policy covers employment protection and non-discrimination, a healthy and breastfeeding-friendly work environment, and flexible work arrangements.

In addition to 6 months’ maternity leave, flexitime and breastfeeding breaks, we’ve provided over 302 breastfeeding sites in our workplaces around the world. By 2018, we’ll have equipped all offices and sites of more.

Nestlé With other multinationals has launched the International Dual Career Network (IDCN) to help dual career spouses with their local job search and professional integration in a new country.
