COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering into the NESCAFÉ GOLD HUBBLE GOLD CARD COMPETITION, entrants agree to the rules set out below:

This competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of South Africa, and specifically those residing in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition:
- Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the competition.
- People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
- Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
- Persons under the age of 18 years.
- The competition shall commence at on 1 June 2018 and will end on 31 August 2018. No entries received after 31 August 2018 will be considered.
- Participants can participate in the competition by making use of the Hubble screens in selective Ubers limited to Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town only during the competition period stated above.

Participants must adhere to the following in order to enter the competition:
- Answer a question about the New Nescafé Gold correctly to participate in the game on the Nescafé Gold Tab on select Hubble Screens.
- Play the Nescafé Gold game: shuffle the tiles to complete the image in the shortest time possible.
- You can then restart if you are not happy with your time or submit your details if you are happy with your time.
- Once a time is submitted no restart may take place.
- You will be required to submit your name and email address.

The top 5 shortest times during the competition period will win 1 of 5 Nescafé Gold Cards valued at R20,000 (twenty thousand rand) each that can then be used to experience events of your choice with 1 (one) friend subject to the following conditions:
- These events will be subject to availability;
- A Nestlé appointed agency will be the partner through which to claim event tickets once the winners have received the Nescafé Gold card.
- Winners will be notified within 14 working days after of the end of the competition.
- The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated, the verification questions answered to the satisfaction of the promoter and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the promoters. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein. Potential winners have 48 hours to submit the relevant documentation before forfeiting the prize.
- If the promoter is unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- By entering this competition, you authorise Nestlé and the organisers of the competition to collect, store and use (not share) your personal information for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing [email protected]. Any personal data submitted by participants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Nestlé’s privacy policy.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the promoter to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these terms and conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
- The participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter.
- All participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these terms and conditions, the participants give consent to these risks and hereby indemnify and hold harmless the promoter, its directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the competition and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the promoter.
- The promoter, its directors, employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the participants, or accept any liability for: (a) any inability by the participant to use the prize in part or at all; (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the prize; or (c) any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the prize.
- The organisers of the competition reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition at any time.
- Nestlé reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without any notice being given to the participants.
- No participant shall have any recourse or claim against Nestlé as a result of: (a) any amendment to these terms and conditions; or (b) Nestlé’s cancellation, termination, suspension or postponement of the competition.

Reward
- The prize-winners will receive a Nescafé Gold Card from Nestlé, which includes a contact number for the dedicated Concierge Service within 14 working days post competition closure.
- Prize-winners must contact the Concierge Service and quote the Card Number for redemption of their prize.
- The prize-winner has one 1 [one] year from receiving their Nestlé Gold Card to redeem or the prize will be forfeited.
- Upon redemption, the prize-winner has one 1 [one] year to use their prize or the prize will be forfeited.
- All Nescafé Gold Events Premium VIP Events experiences are limited and booked through Computicket and Ticket Pro via Concierge Service.
- The Concierge Service will assist the prize-winner with the booking process and provide which VIP Event Experiences are on offer.
- Multiple experiences can be booked with all bookings totalling a maximum of R20 000.
- All experiences can only be booked for the prize winner and 1 (one) friend.
- Transport to and from the venue/s is not included in this reward, and is for the winner’s own account.
- Unless otherwise specified, the prize-winner will be required to call into the Concierge Service centre to redeem their reward.
- Only the owner of the Nescafé Gold Card that entered the promotion will be able to redeem the prize.
- The prize can only be on experiences booked through the appointed agency on the details provided.
- The Promoter and its agencies have the right to reject any prize-winner suspected of fraudulent behaviour.
- Photocopied, illegible or defaced Nescafé Gold Cards will not be accepted.
- Prizes may only be redeemed by the prize-winner who entered the competition and the prize is not transferable, for sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash under any circumstance.
- Calls made into the Concierge Service are charged at standard share call rates.
- Data charges, required for any download and/or use of a reward/benefit, are never included. These charges are for the participant’s own account.
- The prize and/or voucher is not exchangeable for cash or for sale.
- The Nescafé Gold Card can only be used once.
- The prize-winner acknowledges that any activity carries a higher risk of death or injury and indemnifies the Promoter in full.
- Should the there be a problem with the physical prize on delivery, the prize winner will be required to contact the manufacturer of the product.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Reward for a Reward of the same or similar value.
- The Reward Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
