Nestlé East and Southern Africa (ESAR) partnered with Glamour magazine to promote healthy living and balanced nutrition at the Glamour Women's Wellness event, that was held at Eengezind Function Venue, Durbanville, Cape Town on April 12th, 2025.

The event, which brought together over 200 women, aimed to educate and empower attendees to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. Nestlé's GoodNes platform, which provides consumers with nutritious and delicious meal solutions, was a key focus of the event.

Glamour to Promote Healthy Living

Through GoodNes, Nestlé provides consumers with access to a wide range of healthy recipes, cooking tips, and nutrition advice. The platform is designed to inspire people to cook and live healthier, and to provide them with the tools and resources they need to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

At the event, Nestlé GoodNes showcased some of its key products, including Milo, NESPRAY, Nestlé Hot Chocolate, KitKat, BarOne, Aero, and MAGGI 2-minute Noodles, all of which are designed to provide consumers with nutritious and delicious choices. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in the stand’s engagement activities, Spin & Win, BlendaVenda as well as enter for the raffle competition.

Anne-Marie De Beer, the Nutrition, Health and Wellness Manager for Nestlé East & Southern Africa (ESAR) and Registered Dietitian South Africa, joined the panel discussion, chaired by Glamour’s Editor-In-Chief, Nontando Mposo, discussing the trends and future of wellness and fitness.
