With overall accountability for our fixed assets, they help ensure our resources are maintained, competitive, compliant and safe. Nestlé engineers also manage Nestlé's multibillion-CHF capital investment program.
Engineering at Nestlé encompasses digital operations, ensuring that the best Industry 4.0 technologies are applied and integrated in our assets to optimize their performance. Nestlé engineers also have environmental responsibility, delivering solutions and technologies in areas such as plastic recycling, renewable energies, zero carbon emissions and water reuse.

I am thrilled to share my journey at Nestlé in manufacturing, starting as a graduate with a production background and now an end-to-end manager for coffee processing.
